Rounding off to the nearest unit(whole number)

 How can you round off a number such as 7.63 to the nearest unit?The number 7.63 is between the numbers 7 and 8.Should you round it up or down?

    If the fractionalnumber next to the integers is less than 5 ,we remove the fractional numbers and get the answer. If the fractionalnumber next to the integers is more than 5 , e,g (7,63) you will take one from 6 then add to 7 to get the answer and throw a way the fractional numbers. You round Up.
